White Rock Castle Suite Hotel & SPA

During our recent vacation, we had the pleasure of staying at White Rock Castle, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to help, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist truly enhanced our experience. Whether we wanted to relax by the pool, unwind in the spa, or keep up with our fitness routine, everything was easily accessible and in excellent condition. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. There was plenty to choose from, and the staff ensured that everything was always refilled and fresh. Overall, our stay at White Rock Castle was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel overall was pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly, although they didn't speak too much English. But overall, it was a great value-for-money hotel.

The room was spacious, with 2 balconies. The bathroom was very large. Very close to Queen Mary's palace and restaurants. We traveled with our dog and it was welcomed (as it was everywhere in Balchik - a really pet friendly place).

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, large balcony, good AC, covered parking. The pool was also nice. We came from a 4-star resort and we enjoyed this place much more.

The staff is very kind and efficient. Junior suite very spacious, clean, bright. The double rooms do not have a balcony and are not very spacious. The breakfast was good, with many choices. Every day I found parking spaces in the underground parking lot or in front of the hotel. 7 minutes by foot to Queen Maria's castle and the botanical garden. Surrounding terraces where we ate very well. Right next to the hotel, a supermarket with everything open until late at night. It is the second time we come and we liked it every time.
